So many clubs/owners go for the big name Manager to bring in big name players, he has got a really good team spirit going on at QPR and for me why change that winning formula, Give him a chance to bring in a few new players of his own.

1st year in the premiership is to make sure you beat relagation and build from there.

Warnock will be backed 100% by the owners.
