When you got 20 billion,you can do what you want.

What does it matter, we are 4th.

the way i see it is. if qpr had a point deduction. they would have appealed against it. then. thats when your problems start. god knows when the end would have been, would have messed up all the fa.s plans. so a fine was good for both parties. sad but true
