How do you upload a picture 
been here 4 months now still cant seem to do it... click browse files and submit as would on any other site but it doesn't seem to be working.. lol

Once you have clicked "choose the file" and selected the picture you want, you then have to select "add the file".
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
