It's just their opinions they are entitled to them.

The FA will deliver their decision next Friday and while I think QPR are guilty of breaking FA regulations, I'm happy to abide by their verdict whether it's good or bad news for CCFC.

It will break their hearts if we went up on our own merit.

I couldn't believe when I heard Jeff Stelling say that so I sent him an email asking to him read the comments of Appeal Board Chairman Mr Nicholas Stewart QC relating to the punishment dished out to Luton Town by the FA;

Having considered the submissions by Luton Town FC and The Football Association, the Appeal Board dismissed the appeal and upheld the original Regulatory Commission decision.

The Appeal Board Chairman Nicholas Stewart QC stated that The Regulatory Commission correctly viewed the offences as most serious breaches of The FA rules and regulations. This was particularly the case in relation to payments by Luton Town FC channelled to agents by irregular means through a Company rather than through The FA as the rules required.

The 10 point deduction and the £50,000 fine were expressly stated by the Regulatory Commission to include an element of deterrent, which the Appeal Board endorses.

Luton Town admitted ALL charges against them and were given a punishment intended to act as a deterrent, QPR have not accepted any charges will the FA look to make a statement that will act as a deterrent. We will find out on Friday if the charges against them are proven.

I'll let you know if I get a reply from Mr Stelling.

Please accept this post is not a dig at anyone other than Mr Stelling and I post it only on the basis of contributing to situation worthy of debate. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Seriously Keith, you must know who the chap is on about. Ok he says Jeff Sterling but I reckon everyone knows he is on about Jeff Stelling - especially with the headline that says SKY SPORTS next to it.
