william hill got city at 50/1 norwich on 16/1 and qpr at 1/66 though skybet and bet365 have only got bets available without qpr 5/4 cardiff 4/7 norwich

They have taken promotion and outright off in William Hill shops you can no longer bet on this. Im not in tomorrow but back in Thurs i will have to do a bit of digging because there is no reason why promotion should not still be available

Same here at Coral with the outright - No Odds - but Cardiff to be promoted EVS
