PPI claims

on the news last night,if like me youve had so many borrowings ,loans,swap banks etc and you dont know where the f**k to start the banks MUST inform you BY LAW if youre entitled to anything

Has anyone done this..?

I have used Gladstone Brookes who handle my claim on a no win no fee basis however if they win they get 25% of the compensation.

In my case they recovered ALL premiums plus 8% interest on a credit card PPI policy they are also representing me on a mortgage claim which will run into £k's but I have no doubt they will win. All you have to do is ring them and explain that you didn't fully understand the cost or the coverage terms and they do the rest.

The credit card claim took me no more then 1 hours work so it really is worth having a go. Money for nothing if you ask me but money you are entitled to because if your like me it was missold.
