In every western country, drunken drivers kill more children than muslim terrorists... nevertheless pubs are open, alcohol is on sale everywhere. Every year more people die early because of smoking, still cigarrettes are sold.
Scared of Al Kaida? Better be scared of lorry- and busdrivers, they kill more people each year than those pr1cks believing in a holy war...
Dont be scared of a terrorist attack (as bad as they are), the chances you get killed in a road accident, or die of cancer, or because a doctor gave a false diagnose while you're in hospital are higher than being the victim of a terrorist attack.
We should call those bastards what they are: bloody murderers, nothing less, nothing more. Dont glorify them as terrorists and let them effect your life, cos thats what they want.
Nevertheless I am against the Burka, too. It is a sign of oppression and its time some traditions are changed, or better that people coming to stay in the western nations adopt our way of life. Burka has nothing to do with Islam, its a local tradition/heritage for some people and some uneducated muslims believe it is part of their religion.
Time to get rid of it...

Not having a go here but curious as to what your perception of Australia's stance on this sort of thing is? Are you referring to the offshore processing of boat people on Christmas Island or something? I haven't heard anything mentioned on the local news or from politicians about the banning of the burkha here but have heard about France and potentially in Italy.

All security issues. Banks, shopping malls, airports, busy high sts etc etc etc etc
people are pulled for wearing Bike helmets, balaclavas so the nihab should be
treated in exactly the same way. BAN it in areas where security can be an issue.
If they want to wear it around the garden in their house then good for them.
Crack on!!
But you cannot ban the Burkha too. Cos it is only the Muslim equivalent of the
'penguin suits' that Catholic nuns wear

So should clowns, mask, facepainting, mascotts, or anything that hides a persons facial appearance be banned in public places? We gonna ban halloween next yea?

No mate, the niqab and burka are both have face veils so they are banned. The whole idea is that their face is not covered, and the burka covers the face more than the niqab

Just one example. If a man/woman is pulled up by a security guard for wearing a balaclava
or crash helmet in the bank or at the airport, then Muslim women should not be afforded
immunity. Its common sense. Its only the face veil thats banned, not the covering for the
ears, head, legs and arms. They have NO religious grounds for fighting the ban. Allah is
a practical God, he knows the S.P.

Yeah I know some of them are British Nationals and that is fine, however, abide by our rules or go to a country that allows it. Try living in their country and not abiding by their rules and there is only one outcome trust me.
Oh and by the way, I dont give a flying f**k if you think I am racist, I just want a safe country for my child and grandchild to live in

In their own time, I coudn't care less what they wear to be honest. Some of the women don't wear it because they have to, but because they want to. I respect their culture (as most of them respect ours) but they should realise that in some situations, the burka is not acceptable.
