Has Carl got it right on Automatic promotion

Carl has been consistent in his backing for DJ and us going up automatic, I have allways thought Annis has been right about DJ and us not going up, but now i just wonder has Carl been right all along, what do other people think

My opinion was we wouldnt go up automatic, but now after the last two games i believe we can now, so opinions are not set in stone and can change..
