Can we have a YOUNG GUNS update ?

It would be good to have new and regular updates on the YOUNG GUNS progress etc as many of us are interested and would like to know our money is being put to good use

We got a meeting down club tonight with Scott and we will put a report up here asap. been keeping it low key for the last few weeks with a view to a big build up for the things we have planned such as an audience with Scott Young and some City legends penciled in for the Friday night before the QPR game and taking place in Morgans bar Tonypandy, we will be having a bucket collection and some other schemes running at the QPR game.

It is planned to start ramping it up the week before the game and get as much publicity as possible and to keep it fresh rather than stale and boring.

We are all still totally committed to this cause and believe this is something us as fans can take and active part in and be proud that we have played a part in helping kids to reach their full potential and hopefully benefit CCFC and Welsh football in general.

I hate seeing kids hanging about wasting their lives and getting into mischief, providing something worthwhile and giving them role models can only help. Thing how proud we can all feel when the City have 5 or 6 youngsters coming thru that we may have helped to discover.

Hopefully lots of us will attend the Scott Young road show question and answer thing, and part of that night will be open to ideas and suggestions for fund raising and where do we go with things.
