Can you upgrade your season ticket on the phone?

I'm hoping to change seat, in the process moving up a zone. I've already renewed at the lower price, but does anyone know if I can phone tomorrow and pay the extra on top for the new seats?

I dont see why not as all those who havent renewed have now lost there seats. Im sure city wouldnt turn down money
