At every ground in the league the stewards are complete and utter dickheads, power mad gimps who have a major chip on their shoulders, i and you lot see it at every game every week, and you see it on the tv at other games, who the f**k are stewards to stop players and fans celebrating goals....?????? I dislike Rooney immensely but see the steward at West Ham put his hands on him yesterday...???? Lucky Rooney didnt put him into next week........

most people stand up to the stewards, they don't care what they say it's just what they could do(block your fan number) sounds stupid i know but no one wants to lose their season ticket because of something so shit. everyone still stands in 116/117 anyway

yeah actually thats exactly what happened and ill tell you how it happened ive said it enough times but ill say it again. Derby fans started doing a conga line around the stand and they all ended up in the top left hand corner of the away stand and when the stewards said 'ok guys can you make your way back to your seats' 29 of the say 30 fans who were in the corner all went back to their seats with a smile on their face and seemed rather pleased with themselves, but one obviously objected to be asked to go back to his seat and started kicking off, so he was restrained and escorted out of the ground to the police and trust me he fought all the way down the stand and all the way to the exit gate.

well being a leeds fan i dont know whether you would understand it but not so long ago there was a mutual respect between stewards and fans, we may not always have liked each other but there was always that respect there. I knew if i ever got in trouble at a ground a fan would come to my rescue and it has happened when fans have got me out of some sticky situations and i have always returned the favour ill keep an eye on my fans make sure they are safe and happy especially at away games. But that respect has gone in recent years and i know i still have it and the respect from the fans does raise its head every now and again but i would like it back to what it was like at ninian park.
