Met a lovely old gent in the local pub yesterday from Cardiff involved in grass roots football in the city, Bridgend St the club if I remember rightly. Was telling me Cardiff would not be allowed enter a reserve side in the Welsh league. No reason to doubt him so I take it it's true?
