SEASON TICKET RENEWAL

ive handed the renewal form twice now to the ticket office and still no reply,my mates got theres back within a week
when i hand it in to the ticket office they just look at me confused,my northern english accent cant be that hard to understand im sure

any advice on how to speed the process up,ill be gutted if i miss the deadline,theres no way i could afford 350 quid outright,plus i like the seat where i am now

You can pay over 6 months or so. I did it myself but you have to go down to the CCS to get the forms
