Ticket help anyone

Anyone know if the ticket office is opening today, keep getting recorded message. Need to upgrade my daughter's ticket to an adult, poor kid is in the middle of exams and cant go today.

yes it is open, 1 of my mates has been on the phone to them already this morning. he did say it was engaged for a while b4 he got through.
