They get the absolute maximum out of the players available to them, look at rodgers at the jacks, sinclair apart, they have no stand out players but he has them consistently punching way above their weight, warnock, ok has more quality than the jaks but it is backed up with steel and commitment demanded from the manager. At Cardiff i,m afraid in my opinion dave jones is getting the absolute MINIMUM out of our squad!!!
