Yeah, Jarvis is rated on FIFA if that counts for anything! :D

Hopefully these reserve games will be frequent. They should host them at the CCS and do the cheap tickets again. A nice bit of small revenue for the club and I'd definitely attend the games now I'm working from home. I am sure there are others too.

It would cost more to open the stadium up and turn the electric on than the revenue generated from tickets

Reserves overcome Cardiff City
Posted on: Tue 01 Mar 2011
Swindon Town's reserves claimed a 1-0 victory over their Cardiff City counterparts on Tuesday afternoon in a behind-closed-doors friendly.

After a spate of recent call-offs, the Robins were able to arrange a game against the Bluebirds to give several members of the squad some valuable game time.

Phil Smith was handed a start in goal whilst Aden Flint lined up at centreback, with the former non-league defender coming up against an experienced Cardiff City side.

Isnt that what we were in before?
I thought Swindon were still in it? but as they say games keep getting cancelled so they arranged this?

I dont think we should be back in the reserve league, quality is piss poor but we should have more reserve games arranged

The standard is very poor and the games are very sparse and regularly called off. Not worth the effort really. Far more productive to arrange reserve games as and when it's deemed to be required (as I believe you do now).
