Terms have been agreed between City and Wigan that we will pay 75% of Kirklands wages. The player is looking forward to joining up with the squad but this will not happen until he has recovered from a virus he currently has.
David Marshall has not had his operation yet !

whats happend between 1:30 and 5:30 then cos it sounded certain he had signed for us

I can confirm that he has been at the vale tonight so must be feeling better

Hopefully Chris Kirkland can prove a good signing but I think Tom Heaton is playing well currently and doesn't deserve to lose the shirt.
Chris Kirkland is on £25,000 a week and with us paying 75% of his wages, so that must mean we are paying £18,750 a week to have him and Wigan are paying the rest.
