MOVING 117/118 TO ALLOW FOR AWAY ALLOCATION

When I purchased my season ticket last March for this season i asked for a seat to be near the away fans and so the ticket office placed me in 118 at that point we were well placed in the play off positions with a chance of promotion even when we got to the final there was no mention of 
moving the away allocation to 117/118 so why the f**k have the club decided to do it this year?

i dont know but i remember in the presentaions before we moved to the new stadium they said they would use the blocks in the family stand as a community section and would move the away end there for cup games etc. why the sudden change ?
