Bloody disgrace!!

yesterday on the way to the ground we had a puncher in the tyre we had wait for ages till 8;15 so we went to the ground we parked in costco's and the gates were locked to get to the turnstiles the steward was standing there and we said mate weve had trouble can you open the gates he replied No not for 10 minutes and carried on smoking so then we had to wallk all the way round the main road to get to the turnstiles i think its a disgrace!!!
