What was going on in the city this evening??

Overweight valley chavs being sick and urinating in doorways?...............overweight tarts in some sort of red shirt and wearing stilletos whilst drinking pints of cheap lager...........people carrying daffodills around??.............police turning a blind eye to this bad behaviour.......extra carriages on trains to deal with these obese lot??.........any ideas anyone..............some sort of 'embarassing stereotypical behaviour convention' in the city????
