I thought he managed at someone like Villa for a bit ages ago and did an ok job but nothing special. He thrives on making comments in hindsight so it's hard to tell if he'd be good at being a manager or not.

yes he did and he turned it down to stay at sky.... during the mid 90s

i dont think he would, he would be over analysing everything.

He'd be a decent scout/analyst, not sure about day to day coaching as that's a totally different ball game.
