Cardiff City Scouting

I know there has been some comments made previously about the state of the clubs scouting network for youngsters but I was wondering if anyone knew how many scouts we have looking at players for the senior team alone?

And if your looking at this post Cardiff City HR department, yes what your thinking is right, I am available. I've watched this club for 18 of my 22 years and have a wealth of experience watching other games (especially those shown in the pub) and in cold far a field places. Give me League 2 as a start and I'll find some gems!


But seriously what about the first section, anyone know the extent to our network? How it works? Numbers etc? It worries me that were missing out on a lot of lower league youngsters.
