Should really go to the stadium manager, if then you are not satisfied with the responce from the stadium manager another letter should be sent to the CEO Gethin Jenkins...the clubs customer charter should outline a few conditions to assist you....anyway I have found one of our Football supporters Federation guides we produce for fans...there is information about stewarding a half way down the document...there are also other guidelines that will help fans ...

Sorry I meant to say safety officer rather than stadium manager, there is also a section for complains on the FA website
www.thefa.com Alternatively you can contact the Football safety officers Association
www.fsoa.org.uk but please go through our club first to try to get an amicable conclusion

All the addresses on the club website are bouncing my emails; Corky, do you have an address for the safety officer by any chance?

yeah the safety officer is alan kerslake, but id say your better off sending it to toni jones. i know the guidelines say address your complaints to the safety officer but toni is the steward administrator and is responsible for everything related to stewarding.
