We didn't move in the car park for about an hour today. I know it's normally slow but even by usualstandards this was confusing. Was there a problem that anyone is aware of?

i park in ninian car park, usually home to caerleon by 5.45ish. today i got home at 7ish. took me ages to get as far as tescos.
