Infact he told me he is happy playing here for Cardiff,and likes it here.
Ask why he will not put pen to paper, Dave said he ( Jay) has the right to run down his contracted down,if that what he and his Agents wants.
Dave said we have a wage rule in place and we cant break it as that would be unfair to others.
