WHICH POSITIONS DO YOU THINK CARDIFF

are light on?
as some one has already said we have 7 defenders lol if we get another 2 that be 9 ( mad didn't realise it ) haha.
we got 2 wingers burke and bellamy
centre mid rae oli wildig mcphail whitts ( left mid sometimes) drinkwater.
strikers keogh ( sort of) jay and chops.
would you want cover for bellamy and burke? or add more defenders and another striker so we have 4.

Personally i think we need a really good g/k as IMO both Heaton & Marshall are just good number 2s but not a number 1
Defo a strong centre back and good left back.
Also a defensive midfielder who can break up play, pass the ball well and is not scared to have a pop from 25yards. (oli gives the ball away far too much and only completes passes when either witts of Mcphail are stood within 2 feet of him.

Tactics.
No not those little sweets that get stuck in a ladies kebab when one is being romantic but football tactics.
There's been a few mails this evening with some good comments. I suspect a player involvement...........

it would be interesting to see how many points we have lost away from home in the last 15 mins of games over the past few years.
completely agree that Jones lacks tactics big time and either makes change stoo late or makes rash wholesale changes at the worng times

heaton's a quality goalkeeper i think!
defiitely need a 1st team centre-back and left-back in! then also another fiesty midfielder to push for a starting place. Seyi's form worries me and whitts is too weak in the tackle area.
i'm really not sure about whitts in central midfield although he is capable of producing a goal scoring pass from there.
the only position we didn't really need strengthining from last year was left mid where whitts played but now bellers has come in we've had 2 accomadate whitts. bellers offer far more pace tho.
so basically try and keep all of our good players and definitely a quality centre-back, left-back and a fiesty midfielder.
