Its not about new players !!

Its about the one's we have already. We have a quality squad!! But none of them are playing to there potential, and if Dave Jones can't get them playing to there potential even some of them then he should move over and let someone else try.
Now there is not one player and i include Bothroyd in this as since his England debut has not played well or has been injured,has been playing to there best . Why ? Are they overated or just plain bad management ?
