Forgot to add that a sprig of rosemary in with the roasties often goes down a treat and don't forget to get the drippng as hot as possible,I heat it up on the hob first but this is not to be recomended if one has been sampling some of the Bow prior to cooking.

If you can't be arsed to make your own custard get the pre-made one from Sainsbury, the premier brand one, Taste the Difference or something it's called, well worth the extra 50p or so.

Now I'm on a bit of a roll, the carrots and parsnips can be roasted with the spuds although this takes a bit of practice as they can turn out under cooked or worse burnt to a cinder.

You could do with some input on your cheese board as it a tad "traditional" but a good cheese is expensive these days and probably wasted for a Christmas Dinner espcially with amount of alcohol on the menu.

Some nice fresh bread rolls would be excellent, so you should ask Annis if knows of a bakery open in Cardiff on Christmas Day (not a jewish one though, their bread tastes like last years discarded foreskins) that he can drop into to pick them up on the way to your place.
