Josh Bowler is the top target for 2. Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin this summer.
Should Cardiff be in the race to sign Bowler permanently?
For me he can be very good and be very awful

Far too inconsistent for me Annis.

He is a frustrating player, way too predictable cutting in and way to inconsistent, but there are glimmers of brilliance in there

Spot on with what you say.
One minute he’s the best player on the pitch and then he can be awful.
Can do nothing all game but score a wonder goal.
Very frustrating player, who would be a top player if he had consistency.

That would depend on who is manager next season. If it's Bulut, then it's a no.
Bowler needs a manager who will allow him to be creative and not have to prioritise defending which is not his national game.

He's been a big disappointment, I hope we will get better

Don’t rate him. Goes missing, and when the chips are down he’s got zero fight.
