He needs some motivation as well and being fucked around by our inept board is doing nobody any favours when it comes to motivation.

There paid well and serve up that crap , bulut s tactics are questionable 2 holding midfielders at home to a team that got 1 point out if the last 21 available it's gash abd he needs to go

Totally agree you can question Bulut tactics but im fairly sure he didn’t tell our players to give the ball away at every opportunity, lose every 50/50 challenge and give your opponents acres of space whenever possible

The players are crap, but Bulut is a one-trick pony that hasn't transitioned to the championship. I have no idea what the gameplan is even when Ramsey came on he looked a parks player.

So its always 4231 but the 2 centre half are not john Stones they toss around with it, to do exactly what?

a) Get a full back in space because that doesn't happen
b) Get the ball to a deep laying midfield playmaker, we don't have any
c) Get the ball to the ACM, no because its so slow and contrived he has 2 markers
d) Allow the AMC to come deep to create overloads, Rubin tried, and so did Ramsey but the 2 DCMs stay in position so sweet FA is in front of them
E) Get the ball to the wingers, perhaps this is the plan but Bowler flatters to deceive, very little outcome and COD was playing a weird inside attacking midfielder role like Harry Wilson for wales, and that was ineffective
F) Get the ball to the striker who was Grant who just can not turn with the ball, he is useless at it and that's why Bulut hasn't played him as a stiker as he is useless back to goal

Going from a great win against Ipswich with a fight to the end attitude , to now this unforgivable shit against jacks and now today even worse , and the manager saying comments about the unknown future etc

The performance was absolutely dire. They played as if they were 11 players who had never trained together, and with very little fight. So Bulut must take some blame and so must those players wbo dont at least fight for the shirt.
But lets be honest…..
A lot on here have called for Grant to play central and with Colwell starting. Well they did but Colwell was a yard off the pace throughout (until subbed), and Grant was largely ineffective and anonomous.
Many have said we would be far better without Etete (despite our good run with him starting)as he is Div 2 at best. Hmm and was Djaidou better when he came on? Dont think so. But Etete would have been slaughtered on here if he had played.

That said, I am not sure about Bulut,
1/ why be so defensive at home. Eg Ralls and Wintle both starting?
2/ why cant we do a high press? (They did).
3/ why cant 11 players play with heart and fight even if they lose?.
4/how can a young inexperienced team look like worldbeater against us?
Totally useless today and (penalty apart) we should have lost more heavily.

I very rarely post, but in 25 years this was the most feeble performance ever, from a team that has given up on the season. Shocking and awful. Will be hard to attend/support last few games. Thank God Horwath is good or would have been 0-6. It's a cliche, but team definitely 'on the beach'. Entire game and Bulut excuse totally unacceptable. They should all realise they're paid good very money so should try their best. If any of us supporters did a day's work like that we'd be sacked and deservedly so. FFS WAKE UP!

Very good post and I’ve called for Grant through the middle and Colwill and agree neither worked yesterday.

However. Colwill needs game time, he can’t be expected to get match fit and sharp with cameos here and there.

We aren’t set up properly to have a lone striker ( whoever that may be ). Haaland would struggle with the “service” we give our striker.
