I thought it was ‘muppets’ but mugs or muppets, means the same type of thing. Doesn’t really bother me tbh but those people support him as the captain of HIS country.

What a t1t. I think it’s out of order insulting fans, especially as the majority of fans that follow Wales are also city fans. I don’t see it as banter like another poster has said.

Williams was bang out of order. These overpaid tossers have no right to have a go at fans who spend their hard earned cash to follow the team. At most it was a bit of banter. Personally I think the ayatollah novelty wore off 25 years ago however I'm going to Albania and will slap my head if he looks in my direction.

Don't normaly bother me players entitled to give a bit back but seems a bit unwarranted in this situation.

Together stronger and all that, think in the main all Welsh fans including Cardiff have supported all players irrespective of their Club Team or history so for him to mock Cardiff fans whilst representing Wales in our stadium shows a lack of class.

He may be a decent bloke, so I’ll reserve judgement after one throw-away comment. The fact he was smiling as he said it suggests it was just a bit of banter with JA and I’ve said a lot worse myself in jest.
