I watched a video or read an interview with is take on management and spoke a lot of sense and seemed to grasp a lot knowing the different approaches and how difficult youngsters can be so I hope he can make it as a manager because his player personality doesn't seem like it would been the same as his potential manager personality the way he was speaking.
