MORE HOME TICKETS PUT ON SALE :bluebird:

17/08/18

Over 30,000 tickets Sold incl 2,500 Newcastle fans :bluebird:

16/08/18

Good news again the club have released some more decent seats in the grandstand and other parts of the ground for Saturday fixture against Newcastle that were held back for season ticket purchases

UPDATED:

VINCE ALM:

Newcastle loads of seats available on e ticketing still all zones available couple of people complained yesterday about not releasing all available seats when I said there was a couple of thousand left so I apologise for not explaining to you why those seat were not available prior on e ticketing, although they could have been purchased over the phone or in person.

This was due to holding seats back for supporters who are still purchasing season tickets as there has been a surge last couple of days, along with confirmation from Newcastle they do not require their full allocation. The club decided to release these seats yesterday including seg line seats and were put on e ticketing at 9.00 pm last evening which I posted on here.

Just thought I share with you how many tickets were sold out of the ones which were available 5 by 10.00 am this morning.

VINCE ALM:

Information Newcastle Tickets this Saturday;

Although E ticketing is not showing many tickets available, this fixture still has plenty of availability so please do not think the game is sold out, get in touch with the ticket office, I'm sure more tickets will become available on E ticketing tomorrow.

i know people are desperate for this to be a sell out...

but read Vince post...PLENTY LEFT.....he didnt right that because there are only 260 left, he wrote it for people to not be doing this count down stuff based on eticketing...making other people believe its a sell out or will defo be a sell out...

E-ticketing never tells the true sales, City put them out in small sections.

It gives fans the wrong info as it’s no where near how many are actually sold or or left.

Does anyone have a genuine idea of how many we’ve sold so far? :bluescarf:

Vince runs the supporters club and i would imagine therefore has a bit of an inside track with those in the ticket office...plenty is what he has said..to me that suggests more than a few hundreds..

They encourage fans to use it so should be revuing how it implements ticket sales at end day it doesn't matter to them where tickets are bought because the whole ground is open so staffing is needed regardless, should be encouraging fans not discouraging them. :o

I'm assuming they have now stopped the"block by block" process and e-ticketing is now showing what is actually left in the top tier???

It's extremely annoying and does put fans off. Many times I have tried to get a ticket for mates and the only availability is single seats in random parts of the ground d so they have decided against it just to discuss d out their are thousands of empty seats in the area we originally wanted. Dame with season tickets, being forced to buy in a part of the ground you don't want just to discover a couple of weeks later the area you wanted is available. Pathetic!

what really doesnt make sense is a thread titled....NOT SOLD OUT...based on the head of our supporters clubs concerns that the eticketing map is sending out the wrong message while there are PLENTY of tickets left , backed up by this boards owner...is being dismissed out of hand while the imaginary NASA countdown once again takes place..

So you buying a membership to get tickets early but they release better tickets later on eticketing.

Bit wrong that if you ask me.

Hopefully it’s just until season tickets are off sale otherwise it’s just another case of the club not knowing what the word loyalty means.

in answer to your point ( i think)

more seats were put on e-ticketing after Vinces post. the seats are spread across the entire top tier, both top and bottom rows, so it makes little logical sense for certain rows in between to not now be there.... now that doesnt mean the club still arent withholding certain seats of course... but theres less reason to believe it now that yesterday

THREAD TITLE ...NOT SOLD OUT.....followed by a piece by Vince saying Eticketing figures are misleading and there are PLENTY left..
followed by..
not many left..
ONLY 276 left..
should be sold out by Saturday..

i can only assume all posts are incoherent to you ..BEAUT

as i mentioned (you can read i assume) vince's post came before extra seats were put on e-ticketing
as i also mentioned, there is no logical sense to the seats that are available in the upper tier online.
again, as i also mentioned, this doesnt mean the club still arent witholding tickets, but theres no actual reason or (see above) pattern to believe they are doing so.

hope that clears it up for you.

Counting down the tickets on e-ticketing is just a bit of fun. Chillax.

It's not as if the club or Vince are servicing us with any more accurate figures.
