Jack Wilshire ?..

Postby EbbwBluebird98 » Tue Jun 19, 2018 9:35 pm

Leaving Arsenal at the end of june , imo would be a decent signing for us has proven prem experience and when fully fit can be an excellent player on his day.

As he showed at bournemouth he can anchor a midfield and that move was what he needed to rediscover his form.

No doubt he would be a good signing for us but wages could potentially be a stumbling block for us but if the boat was pushed out he would surely he a better option than this Tolgay Arslan that we are apparently being linked with.

Go get him neil :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird:

Thats more than likely gonna be the truth , but how could would it be to have a player of his “calibre” in on a free, yes hes had his injuries and serious dips in form where hes been utter shite but we know that the big man will get the best out of him :bluescarf:

No chance at all. He will end up at a too club. Someone will gamble on him staying fit

The guys asked a question there's no need to be such di cks with the response.

He would be a fantastic signing providing he does stay fit, I couldn't believe England didn't take him to the World Cup because he's the only player that really offers something different in the middle of the park. Saying that when fully fit he's above our level and also above our wage structure so this would be a non starter.

As someone above mentioned I can see a top 6 team gambling on his fitness, we can't afford him anyway, but even if he would come to us I don't think we could gamble on his fitness for what he would cost.

I don't think he's top 6 quality mid table team at best, don't see what everyone see in him. His career has been plague by injuries, he's inconsistent.

Cannot stand the guy mr england along with John terry and his little cuddley lion he carried around in the euro's don't think he would ever consider crossing the bridge to play for a welsh club plus he spends more time in the treatment room rather than on the pitch and he' s always throwing his toys out of his pram.

An injury prone, over hyped pre Madonna on £120,000 a week

Not chance whatsoever of him signing for City...no doubt some other club will pay him £6 million a year to maybe get 20 games a season out of him

To buy a similar player would cost 20 million in a transfer fee ,it would be worth paying him 100k a week for a couple of years

Would be a Massive coup if we got him. Really can't see it happening though he'll go to a mid table team at best, maybe back to Bournemouth? can't see any of the big 6 risking it for him. Has too many injuries and i think his attitude can be terrible at times.

Plus he'd have to take such a big pay cut to join us which i just can't see happening

Even if he is put of contract how much do you think he's on a week!?

We have a strict policy that specifically involves NO silly wages or transfer fees. Been there, done that, No thanks.

No different than paying 15- 20 million transfer fee for a player and then still having to pay the players wages ,you can pay him 100k a week and it would still be cheaper than a new 15-20millon player ,if you get my drift

Yeah I do but there’s no way on earth we are going pay those wages regardless.
Besides, he wouldn’t come here, he has bigger fish to fry than us.
Besides, I can’t stand the stubby little tw*t.

I just don't rate him ? What has he ever done for Arsenal or Bournemouth ?

Couldn't even get in the Bournemouth team for the last couple of months of his loan and he was pretty annonymous before that.

I'd definitely rather have Grujic.
