Behave? Disruptive? I think it's more like Bellamy having a "winners mentality". He hates failing wears his heart on his sleeve and has no qualms about telling people what he thinks! Something we are lacking IMO.

sign him up and give him the captains armband - he will lead by example and woe betide any player who doesn't give his all. We have been crying out for a player with his passion and drive. His big gob wont go amiss either
