Thought about this and may be a stupid idea but not for the one for trying.

The laugh is the clowns would probably 'ban' the hard hats on the grounds for H&S reasons!

I was thinking that. They may think the hard hat could be used as a weapon also. Maybe just a hi vis but they may say, you can’t wear it because you can be mistaken as a steward.

Just buy a load of Hi-vis jackets and put them on when at your seat!
