The Russian hooligan that left England and Portsmouth fan Andrew Bache paralysed during Euro 2016 has been arrested in Munich on his way to Bilbao with Spartak Moscow. He now faces upto 15 years in prison for attempted murder & grievous bodily harm :thumbright: :thumbright:
