Agreed and Ipswich are counter attacking fast

Great play from Town as Knudsen knocks the ball inside to Celina who then finds Hyam, but his shot is blocked and loops into the arms of Etheridge

Away from home against a team that hasn’t got too much confidence, the Bluebirds will just look to stop the hosts building any momentum and frustrate them.

CLOSE! Freddie Sears races down the left before cutting inside past a defender before having a shot, but it's deflected just wide for a corner

Bamba to the rescue
The hosts are, however, continuing to create chances.
This time Luke Hyam is played through but Bamba manages to block as Hyam shoots on the turn.
And the centre-back is called upon again to head away a shot that looked destined for the top corner.

Now is the time for our strikers to help out.

Not too sure what happened with Morrison there. Seemed to go down in the aftermath of an Ipswich corner, which followed on from Freddie Sears’ curled effort. Cardiff are allowing Ipswich to come into this game and are playing a dangerous game here. The loss of Morrison is a huge blow too. Plenty for Neil Warnock to ponder at half-time.

If our back 4/5 keep a clean sheet tonight it'll be a miracle!
Wed Feb 21, 2018 8:29 pm
Halford goes to right-back with Manga moving to centre-back.
Wed Feb 21, 2018 8:30 pm
Skuse plays a cracking ball to split the defence and put Celina in on goal, and the City loanee tries to round the keeper but his touch is too heavy and Cardiff can recover
Wed Feb 21, 2018 8:31 pm
Another iffy moment for Cardiff as Bersant Celina gets through one-on-one with Etheridge.
Celina pushes the ball wide however and Etheridge does well not to bring him down.
There will be TWO minutes of additional time at the end of the first-half
Wed Feb 21, 2018 8:31 pm
With the injuries and current line up I would take an away point.
Wed Feb 21, 2018 8:31 pm
I'd take a point now, I fear for us tonight
Wed Feb 21, 2018 8:31 pm
H/T 0-0

We've been pretty rubbish so far. Poor passing across the pitch. Mendez looking poor as per these days.
Wed Feb 21, 2018 8:42 pm
what's going on in training with all these injuries? never known so many injuries at the City?
Did Morrison look serious?
Wed Feb 21, 2018 8:43 pm
We’re lucky to have 0 - we look disjointed hopefully improve second half.
City fans in good voice.
Wed Feb 21, 2018 8:43 pm
MORRISON was feeling his groin earlier
Wed Feb 21, 2018 8:46 pm
After a solid start, things got away from Cardiff as the first-half went on
2nd half under way
But no Sean Morrison
