Ticket problems

I'm one of a minority of fans who attend FA Cup and Carabao matches whatever.
I'm really pissed off today trying to get tickets for the Man City tie.
Online I can only reserve my seat, not my daughter's....she sits next to me and has a season I paid for!
I've been phoning the ticket office since nine a.m.
At first I got a ringing tone only to be told (after 9) it was closed!
Since then, the lines have been 'full'.
The old foot queues were easier!

It's all about assigning your daughter's season ticket to your login.

You need the permissions.

You have to activate her fan number and start an account then you can buy it that's what I had to do last n8ght for my son

Thanks! Done it now. Not used to buying tickets online tbh.

Exactly as wez says. The activate button is on the sign in screen. Just need the fan number and surname and it pretty much creates a log in for you minus an email address

It's not easy there should be a bit that asks for fan number like log in make life easier, as for instance I don't sit with son logged in but could couldn't find where to put his fan number in ? luckily I needed 2 tickets and got allocated near his original seat and just assigned tickets to him in the basket but not easy either way .

I have a Season ticket , but when I tried to buy it says I don't have the correct privileges on my account .
There's nowhere to put your season ticket number down ????
Can anyone help please
