Tom Cairney £2.8 Million

Go get this guy from Fulham. Every time I have seen him play he has controlled the game. That is what we need. He is valued at £2.8 Million and is only 26 years old. He would be the player to take us to the Premier League.

But he wouldn't cost £2.8m. Below is a quote from June, where Fulham's manager says they rejected a £20m offer from Newcastle.

There is no way we could get Cairney for that amount. He is a great player (for me the best in the league) and controlled the game against us on the weekend, he’s so composed on the ball and just drifts passed players. If we signed Cairney I would put my mortgage on us getting promotion.

Stefan Johansen would be a more realistic buy but even then he would still be £5m+.
