We are now on 'Franchise Football' with the richest owners being able to 'buy' the Premier League! It started with Blackburn Rovers, it has gradually got worse since and the only reason there his still a Premier League is that the so-called 'Top 6' know their fans wouldn't support a smaller/exclusive Premier or Euro League and the club owners would still cut each others throats at some point; just like they are doing to the rest of football at the moment!
