Do you know much about him Annis? There are suggestions that if he signs then he will be the second best defensive midfielder in the PL behind Kante and that Barca fans wanted the club to sign him to replace Busquets.

Can't say I have too much knowledge on him.

No not that much as he played about 4 yrs ago for Atletico Baleares and it was about five yrs ago when I started watching them, but did not show the interest I show now.
He stood out and Atletico were lucky to have him on loan for one season, but that year they did quite well with him in the team.

I've got to know the hardcore of the team now.

Atletico do have a great youth ACCADEMY though and plenty of players coming through :thumbright:

They look a great little club to follow fair play.

They honestly are, club close to their fans, players always acknowledge fans.
Fans informed on fb/twitter morning/afternoon what's going on.
Prices kept low.
Everyone made very very welcome, not told of every minute by stewards.
Searched going in to the ground, but only big bags and politely done and not the person searched.
Not looked up and down as yr not welcome, I could go on and on.

Made to feel very welcome and I am an outsider, my CARDIFF CITY flag allowed to go up where ever I want :thumbright:

I've booked five trips back already to watch Cardiff before Xmas as they will always be my first love, but I am renewing mine and my daughters season tickets at Atletico Baleares 75 euros mine and 20 euros for my daughter, with discounts on everything.

Sounds fantastic almost like a throw back to earlier days with City. Really hope they do well this season and the new Jack signing does you a favour by turning out to be a right dud.

Tony, they do remind me of City in the old days, minus the hooliganism :thumbright:
Plenty of passion and pride by fans and team and united together :ayatollah:

Ha ha yes Tony, we don't want him to succeed .

Their younger teams are very high quality, but earlier this year, Atletic Madrid have tied them all up with a deal with Atletico Baleares, they get first choice.

This is one hell of a shock! The Jacks have pulled off an amazing coup if all the hype is true!

The suggestion that he will be the second best defensive midfield player in the Premier league is astonishing!

Never kicked a ball in a Premier League game, however, he is already a better player than:

Nemanja Matic, Eric Dier, Victor Wanyama, Idrissa Gueye, Anders Herrera, Fernandinho, Granit Xhaka, Fernando and Joe Allen.

Fair play to Huw Jenkins he is one judge of a player.

Tony, Real Mallorca, but for years Mallorca laughed at Baleares as they have been Mallorca's poor neighbours, they were playing Barcelona/Real Madrid, they have a modern 27,000 stadium, but now they are in Baleares league and Baleares fans can't wait, nor can I :thumbright: :thumbright:

I have been to the friendly games and Mallorca fans have had to be escorted to and from the ground by Guardia Police and helicopters and once every Baleares fan turned their backs on them and pulled their trousers down showing their backsides

FC Cologne fans follow Real Mallorca big time.
