Has anyone living away signed up to ifollow yet? I just did and I am well happy. £110 for a season pass and you get hd streaming of matches apparently all 46 games.
That's less than £3 a game, I only said last season I wish you could buy a season pass to watch all the games if you live off island so couldn't believe it when I read about this.

Apparently you can watch games live or on demand ( perfecto for those living away with a big time difference )
I think it's fantastic as I get to support the club land do my little financial bit whilst following all our games.

Bye bye sky sports don't think I need to pay out on 3 games a season.

Anyone else signed up or thinking of signing up?
Thoughts lads?

My pleasure, I think it's a great way for revenue and for supporters who've moved away to still follow their team.
I moved away 14yrs ago and financially find it hard to get back as much as I like but really found missing my Saturday afternoon footy the biggest headache.
Even the cold wet Tuesday night games.
I met a City supporter last year ( in her 60's who had been a season ticket holder for 40 yrs ) randomly in the street last year and she was struggling not getting her fix.

Hopefully this is a nice little fix for those of us who have moved away to better ourselves, but miss our beloved City

Does this replace cityplayer? I've got a subscription there and listen to the games.

Yes it's only for people based overseas.
Wether the fact all games are going to be streamed means someone will come up with a way to access them I don't know, time will tell I suppose.

Not quite sure you can still get audio commentary? You'll have to look into it.

Yeah true, I wonder if you could use a vpn to con your computer into thinking it's abroad. I've done that with other apps...

I haven't subscribed yet, but looked at it and for a mere $140 i'm in. Moved to florida in 2004, We had NBC showing championship games a few years back but the contract expired. Kodi never cut it for me, so this will be the closest thing to a season ticket for me and many other City fans around the world :bluescarf: :ayatollah: :bluebird:

That's how I see it, been paying a fortune to sky to get 3/4 games a season so to be able to buy a season pass in hd is a no brainer. I reckon we're in for a decent season too. I can feel it in my bones

Is it $140 upfront, or monthly? Debating getting a VPN again, not needed it since Netflix tightened up their system.

Wish the Premier League would do this though, I'd be saving a bloody fortune then!

This is great news. No more foxtel/optus for me and I now get to watch every game. Brilliant.

Damn is the pound really that low against the dollar? just thought I would check out the price & it's $140 which the op says is 110 pound. Seriously considering it at that price, just the time difference that is putting me off slightly.

You can watch the match on demand after it's been played. So if it's on early hours your time you can watch in morning or vice versa

It actually works out less, more like £2.40 per game. That's money well spent I have to say.

I may give it a go just for a few of the away games.

Let's be honest you can spend more than £110 on one away trip.

Might wait for the Android App to come out first to see if it will stream from Phone to TV.
