The Tan/Warnock meeting

When does this take place exactly? This will have a bearing on when the signings can be done. However, I read that Warnocks meeting with Manga takes place on the 13th June. Therefore, the decision on this will surely hold up our other signings as I assume they are inter dependent on each other. Does anyone know any different?
