great player but a long way to go to catch Giggs.

Spurs struggled after they let him go. They've gone one better now obviously, but a lot of that is due to the money they reinvested from the Bale sale finally starting to see a return from some of the players they signed. Plus they finally have a top coach, fair play.

Paulinho 17mill GONE. Chiriches 9mill GONE. Capou 9mill GONE.Chadli 7mill GONE .Soldado 26 mill GONE. Lamela 30mill been out most of season.
100% not a case of building a team on the money brought in from selling Bale. but have defo gone forward.
