I remember this, think he was a record transfer at the time, but I am almost sure we got 200k back too??

For me, and having followed the club since 1973, the honour has to go to Andy Jordan.

Not many will remember him. He only started 5 games (in the 2000-2001 season) and scored 1 goal. The problem was that goal was scored at the wrong end!

Not content with being a poor footballer, who scores at the wrong end, is dad was also Joe Jordan - which doesnt help him one bit!!

Taiwo was one of those players who we used to buy purely on the basis that they once scored against us or played well in a game against us.

You had to 'hand' it to Joe Jordan as a player though, Paul!

I guess a bigger question would be who is the biggest disappointment and for me that would be Neil Harris (the current Millwall manager) who came here with a prolific scoring record, did nothing and then disappeared agin to score yet more goals for the Wall!

Godfrey Ingram wasn't too bad a player - its just the transfer fee that hung around him (even though I very much doubt we paid that) he actually looked quite good in a couple of games.

I can think of loads worse. Cameron Toshack was the worst I saw. The likes of Pat Heard, Jeff Chandler and Jimmy Rollo were also bad. Back in the 80s and 90s we had some really poor players for us.

Bywater, there's not many times you can put a blame on one player for single handily cost us promotion.

Palace away I remember Dikagcoi scored the winner with an odd goal which he could be blamed for.

Millwall away I remember a goal he got chipped but questionable why he was that far off his line.

Reading play offs, the first goal in that game was a killer for me and he went half heartily for a clearance.. he should have just booted the ball regardless if he knocked Kev McNaughton out.
