The Neil Warnock Factor

As we know, Warnock is like a messiah the way he has turned our fortunes around this season and fingers crossed we keep hold of him for next season at least.
One of my mates, his lad plays for Rotherham and when I spoke to him today he gave me an insight into our how Warnock works as a manager.
When he took over at Rotherham last season he sat all the players down and gave a talk, then turned to Lee Camp the goalkeeper and said 'out of all the defenders here, which 4 would you pick to play in front of you?'
Then turned to the 4 defenders picked and said who would you pick to play in front of you?and again the same with the midfielders about the strikers.
His first game, that 11 that started was picked by the squad.....the players named started- for me that is unbelievable management and shows why he is good at getting the best out of players.
I dare say the likes off Noone,Zahore etc have been man managed and we are now seeing them at their best.
Imagine if Warnock is here next season and given the funds he wants
