It sounds like Warnock has been surprised by some of his current squad players....
Neil Warnock: "People have come to my notice now who have done well that haven’t done in the past. I always give people a chance if they can show me what they can do."

Shows the 'nouse' that Neil Warnock and his vastly experienced coaching team have, Annis! 
Recent managers/coaches (Russell Slade was the worst) have cast young home-grown players into the abyss and I firmly believe that helps explain the lack of proper attitude/progression of certain players that are now being allowed to leave without ever really getting an opportunity
