Would be great but I see him going to a high flying Championship club pushing for promotion or a struggling PL side.

championship will be tough enough for him hes lost his legs but can still finish but the pace of the game would be a bit to much for him imo

Why? The games we've struggled in have been when up against pace

I hear the retirement home is looking for a striker! ( He's even older than Lambert - and he's too slow to catch a cold ).

No where near the player he was,but still could offer something at this level,I think his wages would be to high for us,but be perfect for a player like Healey to learn off, with that being said if Healey is off to Plymouth,no point

We're already paying a fortune for one player who can only last 45 mins. Once bitten twice shy. We all know what we need up top, more pace.

Very difficult to move someone on who's earning a fortune.

Keane is a free agent not a loan, according to the Express he's had multiple offers from Championship Clubs.

Think he will probably play thos season and next before knocking it on the head, my guess would be he will look at a Club with a chance of going up this season so rules us out.

If on a contract so will his wages

He would cost far too much, cheaper option for a ageing striker would be Jermaine Easter released by Brizzle Rovers, local lad keen to impress and with pay as you deal he could teach Lambert & KZ a thing or too about finding the net. I think Robbie Keane will end up at Celtic for some silverware on a reduced wage rather than a Championship slog.

Get a grip. Not wanted by Millwall or Bristol Rovers hes hardly the answer.

Edit: 24 goals in 6 years

Jermaine Easter could show Ricky Lambert a thing or two about finding the net?

Sorry, but that is possibly one of the most crazy statements I have ever read on this forum    :laughing5:
