If mind serves me correctly, Wales fans were fighting with the police because the dirty Italians were chucking bottles of piss and stuff like that from above onto the Welsh fans.

I remember it well. The dirty Italians were throwing piss,bottles and other objects down on us. The police weren't interested at all so we chased them under the stand. Didn't see much of the police after the game which made for an interesting walk back to our hotel

Yes spot on also spitting , chucking lit fags and even puking on us, and that was just the Italian women, whilst the Police just shrugged their shoulders, coward Italians!!

I was there, the Italian police did nothing all match while we're spat at, urinated on all sorts. Eventually tempers flared and even the most patient of fans lost it.
